Privacy Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 of 30 June 2003 (Code on the protection of personal data) Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, SEXTANTIO OSPITALITÀ DIFFUSA Srl with main offices in Via Rastelli, 2 65010 Spoltore (PE), as ‘data controller’, is required to provide you with the following information regarding the use of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as referred to above.
